Physiotherapy is a holistic science based manual therapy, taking into consideration your health and wellbeing.

Our Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. 

At the core is the patient’s involvement in their own care, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment.

The profession helps to encourage development and facilitate recovery, enabling people to stay in work while helping them to remain independent for as long as possible.

When you first visit us for physiotherapy, you will be given a full medical history and verbal and physical examination. You may be asked to remove some outer clothing for this. 

Following your assessment, a treatment plan will be established. This may involve gentle movement of joints and a personalised exercise programme. This can be sent via email, or printed.

Be kind to yourself with a rejuvenating massage. I specialise in deep tissue, Swedish or aromatherapy massage to have you back on top form.
